Challenge: 

A local plumbing company was looking to increase booked appointments, expand its brand presence, and drive more qualified traffic to its website


Solution:

Over a three-month period, we executed a targeted campaign aimed at homeowners within specific local service zip codes. We utilized Amazon’s Streaming TV (STV), Display, and Online Video (OLV) platforms to broaden the brand’s reach and drive increased traffic to the website.


Results:

Following the campaign, the client’s IP-encrypted customer list was analyzed using Amazon’s Marketing Cloud (AMC), revealing that 64.55% of total conversions—897 in all—had been exposed to the campaign.


The campaign delivered a strong return on investment, generating $36.60 for every dollar spent. This outperformed previous marketing initiatives and ultimately led the advertiser to renew their campaign
